Mark Conway of Kitchen Ink Food and Vanessa Lane of ViewItDoit ambushed Chef Edward Storey. They surprised him with locally produced apple cranberry almond tarts from Spotted Fig Pastries. Chef Edward had to create one unique dish using this unknown ingredient. TWest serves Mexican, American, and Southwest favorites. Their atmosphere is fun and colorful with pool tables pinball machines, vibrant walls and craft brews.
